All payments for salon services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the work performed, once a service has been rendered, payment cannot be reversed or refunded. This policy ensures fairness to our team members, who reserve time specifically for you and deliver services based on professional expertise.

Payment is due in full after each service without exception. We accept all major forms of payment for your convenience.

If you have any concerns about your results, please notify us within seven days of your appointment. While refunds are not issued, we are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly provide an adjustment or correction when appropriate and at the salon’s discretion.
